From June of 2000 through November of 2003, a consultant from Buadh Brath assisted Hill-Rom after some FDA issues.
- Performed failure investigations resulting from customer complaints.
- These Failure Investigation Reports were a critical factor in successful passage of FDA inspections and audits.
- Assisted Hill-Rom in passing the FDA audit that allowed Hill-Rom to return to the marketplace after being under a voluntary suspension for over two years.
- Trained Hill-Rom staff in proper performance of failure investigation procedures.
- Authored and edited various Quality System and Engineering documents.
- Assisted and instructed Hill-Rom staff with software design and modifications.
- Performed certain software design and implementation projects.
